GEMS is incompetent

I sent in my membership application about a month ago and I didn't receive feedback. When I called the call center I was told that there were some documents missing, when I asked why I wasn't informed about them earlier I was told I should have called them. Now how am I suppose to know whats missing if nobody bothers to notify me?
