At the end of 2012 I underwent plastic surgery. I needed some tissue to be removed from under each nipple. This was done, however the left side looked very different to the right side and I did mention this shortly after surgery. I did however say that I will wait and give it as much time as I thought was necessary in hope that the healing process will sort it out - I did not want to inconvenience them as well.
After waiting many months I contacted them again to say it was not helping and asked what can be done about it. I was told to come in for a appointment and I would need to pay R500. This I thought was completely unacceptable as I had already paid R 30000!
I then asked if the lady at reception could speak to the Doctor and see if he could help me in any way. I received no response... days later I had to send another email asking what was going on there and I expressed to them that the customer service is extremely poor.
I then finally got a response and was told to send a photo, which I did. And yet again... NO RESPONSE. So as above I had to again ask what was going on and expressed my dissatisfaction further.
Still, no help or advise offered.
