Rishana informed me that they will pay Some of the claimed money back into my bank account withinh 5 Days, its now already 7 working days left and no sign of my money, i have read about many people struggling to get their money after Discovery has promised to pay it into account. Rishana refuses to pay my R600 for Vitality back reason is that they are well in reason with med scheme not to refund me because ive had it although i have not used it not even once BECAUSE Shantell totally misled me as how the vitality works, what about the Credit law can anybody promise you the moon about a product and when u discover its NOT SO True its just bad LUCK for you cause uve assigned to it???If i knew how Vitality works i would NEVER have taken it!!!
Still Very Unhappy and no money been refunded???
