I enquired for availability on the 31st October as I need to purchase their groupon special, Anna replied saying yes they do. I made payment right after that and sent her an email telling her that I've made payment at3:59pm.
After not hearing anything from them yesterday I sent them an email attached with the voucher encase we had lost or forgotten it. Now they tell me they are fully booked. and Anna says she never received the mail I sent asking her to reserve for us. She doesn't even take responsibility, to them it's just a joke.
