I would like to express my disappointment with Montana Net care Hospital. In August I was admitted to hospital for a back procedure, apparently the doctor used gloves that my medical aid do not cover, I know if the medical aid do not cover my bill I have to be responsible for it.
My problem is I made arrangements to pay a certain amount as I cannot afford to pay the whole amount at once, I received an sms informing me that they cannot accept the amount that I have proposed. Went there o make the arrangement in person; however the reception I received is unspeakable.
A gentlemen known by Ruan Ries was very rude didn't even want to listen to what I had to say and told me that he take the instructions from his manager and can't do anything about my problem I must pay the amount in three months, then I requested to speak to his manager who is Elize Fourie (Credit control Manager), she was worse, telling me that they are not a financial institution and I must pay the amount required and they will refer my case to their legal department.
What is more painful with is I'm also working for Net care in another branch. My plea is they accept the amount I'm offering which they are refusing
