When I applied for Fedhealth scheme, Yeshantha said that she will confirm if there is a late joiner fee, which I see as punitive. I filled in the forms, then without reverting back to me, the fee was included. There is also the matter of the waiting period where it is not clear if and when I will be covered - I cannot take that chance.

I subsequently retracted the application and requested acknowledgement. This is still outstanding.
