I went for consultation at Montana hospital (casualty) Complaining about chest pain. I thought I was having a heart condition because I couldn't even breath. I would like to a complaint about a nurse (Wilma Pelser) that assulted me while drawing blood from me. I was in pain so the pricking was painful and I kept moving my hand. And the she got upset and hit me. Then I started crying and she continued to take the bloods. At the time there were other nurses around.she waited until they were all gone and then she came to me and apologised and she wasnt even sincere: I could see she just wanted to get it over with so I don't get her in trouble. Because I said I wanted to go to another hospital. The Doctor (Dr J van der Merwe) that was on call there was very rude to me and to my husband as well. My husband asked him if he checked my throat for infections which he hadnt. And the doctor said: "Do u want to teach us how to do our job as well, what else do u want to instruct me to do Mr". Which I felt was very rude because we were just concerned and he had no right to answer us so hushly. I wrote a complaint about it and he came and confront us about it so hushly.
