Several times i have seen the front line staff helping people to skip the queue for assistance cause they know them and its bad in a way that always when i am there it happens, while people who needs urgent attension dont even get recognised.
they way they treat us it's bad that even a simple hello or next person please is a hard practise for them to accomplish.
But the Doctors there are lovely its just that the first point of contact has to be reviewed.
