Never in my life have i been spoken to that badly!

Joseline was probably the rudest, most impatient person i have ever spoken to.

She is such an angry person! she would not let me talk, she kept speaking over me, shouted at me!!

Then hung the phone up in my ear!! she did the same to my boyfriend, when she phoned him after speaking to me. She is customer service, shoo it should be "customer no service"!

Disgusted and disappointed! Never expected such bad service from discovery!!
