Koleen ordered make up products for me on 19/07/13 as they did not have stock. I paid a deposit & was told it would arrive in a week. They did not contact me after a week, so I made numerous phone calls to the land line & cell number... but none were answered. I emailed & also got no response.
When I went back to the branch after 2 months & asked for them to cancel my order & return my deposit, I was told they would do an EFT that day. I left my banking details, but no EFT was done.
Its now been 3 months since they my money, & they still don't bother to respond to calls or emails.
UNPROFESSIONAL. UNETHICAL. BAD ATTITUDE. LIARS..
