Self Payment Gap Claim

Since the end of August / Beginning September I have been struggling to get my claim for the dentist sorted out to go off my self payment gap. I've send the proof more than 5 times, and I've more than 3 reference numbers, and everytime everyone makes empty promises. No one seems to be interested to assist me. Everytime I need to phone to find out what is happening, and I still don't get answers. I've R233 remaining in my self payment gap. It seems that discovery is taking so long to sort it out, as they don't want to start paying for our medical expenses again. If it was my choice I wouldn't use this medical aid at all, but my husband's company pays half of the medical aid, so we are forced to use them. I want this claim sorted out TODAY still, or I will be forced to go to the newspapers as well, and take this matter as far as I need to. This is totally ridiculous!!!
