My Grandmother was admitted on Friday 20th Sep 13, she was fine just had high blood pressure. Since Sunday she can't speak, she can't eat, she can't walk and sleeps the whole time.
Being that she doesn't eat or drink anything we've asked them on Sunday morning to please give her a "drip", they have only done that last night. We asked them on Sunday when her doctor will come around so we could speak to him about my grandmother as we don't know what's wrong with her, and none of the nurses can assist us.
They told us to be there on Monday between 8 and 11 to see the doctor, we waited there from quarter to 8 until half past 12 to see the doctor after asking them several times if they will call us to see the doctor. We noticed that they don't feed her and they don't make sure that she swallows her pills, because we found pills underneath her in her bed, after asking them about the pills in her bed, they told us "how can we be sure that it's her pills? " (I mean really?)
We eventually saw the doctor on Monday afternoon, only to tell us that it's because of her age and that she won't recover (so much for nothing)
I feel the service and feedback they give are very poo
