I called Bonitas with a billing issue on Friday.
An outstanding gentleman by the name of Ofentse Lerefolo tried to assist me.
I've got to admit that this was by far thee most helpful agent I've spoken to thus far. He really went beyond what was expected of him to assist me.
Although my query could not be resolved immediately and they are still working on resolving the matter, I am really impressed with this agent.
A big thumbs up to him for excellent skills.
