I wonder how does Bonitas clients survive in terms of communication. I lodged a complaint via Hello Peter and they have called me and admitted to mistakely deducted my funds and pay for someone's account, however, they have apologyzed and ask me to forward my bank statement and copy of ID for a refund, i did forward them and stated clear on the email that i will appreciate for a response in receipt of my email, but still no response and i don't even know their turnaround time for refund
