Why is it so difficult to get a booking/feedback?

I am so disappointed in the Radiology dept at Linksfield Hospital. I am actually beginning to believe that they do not want to assist me intentionally.
I emailed two examination requests to [Email Removed] on the 18th of July 2013. This was after having called 011 647 3694 and was advised that I need to either fax or emaial the request so that the dept can figure out a date for appointment depending on the number of hours need to perform the xrays.
After not having received a response on the 30th of July i sent yet another email.
To date I still have not received feedback on a date for a booking nor has anyone acknowledged receipt of my email.
My son is suffering from scoliosis and surgery has to be performed by Dr Hantley on his spine soon. Radiology needs to perform a CAT and MRI scan, the procedure is being held back since no one has called me to advise of a booking. The situation is draining and exhausting and to think that this is only for a date.
Linksfield is not my hospital of choice and I am only using it as the doctor i was referred has offices there. If i had a choice I wosuld have long opted for a different hospital.
I just need assistance please.
