Bonitas imposes a 3 month waiting period for my 2 month old son. I have to still pay the premiums, but cannot claim for him. Im paying for a service not rendered. But for my 4 year old son, his join date & benefit date was the same. Hows that for double standards.
The call centre takes ages to answer, when they answer, they tell you to email a another department. This after spending 20 minutes on the phone.
