Not honoring their own schemes

I am going through all the complaints about this company on hello peter and I am horrified at the amount of complaints this company is receiving. I now have a battle on my hands with discovery to pay for an emergency operation that we were so called covered for. Discovery needs to have a deep look at how they run their company, I do not need discounts for movies and food and all other useless things but what i do need from the medical aid is the emergency cover I am paying thousands per month for.

My wife went in for an emergency operation which we are covered for and the medical aid is refusing to cover. WHY? What am I paying for? Why do you give me discount on movies but don't pay for medical emergencies?

you should be called Discovery movie discount aid.
