I have again received an sms demanding a payment but have not received an invoice. This is an ongoing problem. The hellopeter site is littered with similar problems with Lancet. I have had a running battle with them but no effort is made to correct their practises. The Consumer Protection Act states that the consumer has a right to disclosure & information and in particular that "Written sales records of all transactions for the supply of goods or services must be given to customers stipulating certain specified information". Lancet does not comply with this Act.
