I was doing a 3 hour beverage promotion in the foyer at City Lodge (Umhlanga Rigde) and was so extremely impressed with how friendly and helpful your staff were. All of the staff members which I has interacted with was truly polite - offering to help with the setup and checked if i was ok throughout my shift. Eyen though I was working there they had treated me like I was a guest. Absolutely everyone from the security guards to the Food and Beverage manager and all other personnel were so polite.
What a great team and a n absolute asset to your business.
