I went to lancet on Thursday to have my sons bilirubin levels tested for yellow jaundice. The service was good. they were friendly and very helpful.
I had to go back today (Sunday), because his bilirubin were very high on Thursday.
Went there the 1st time, the sister was at the hospital. phoned 7 times to fined out if the sister was back. went there a 2nd time, She had left to go to the hospital again, so we sat and waited 45 min only for the sister to return and leaving again without helping me!!!
when i complained and said i have been waiting for so long i was told the hospital patients are more important. and if i have a complaint i can come in on Monday and complain. i can understand that there are patients that need blood drawn at the hospital, but i would have thought after waiting so long i would have quickly been helped before she went back.
WHY OFFER A 24 HOUR SERVICE IF THERE IS ONLY ONE PERSON ON DUTY AND THEY ARE NEVER THERE ALWAYS AT THE HOSPITAL???
