We got home at about 22:00 from the beach. We chilled in the leaving. Now they said we should not smoke in the house. We stood by the door cause its cold and smoke then she walks in and start shouting at us. We were with out cousins but we weren't making noise but she insulted us and tried to kick us out. Called the cops on us and made our cousins leave and threanted that if the cops were to get involded we'd be arrest just cause one of us was drinking a can of Beer. She called us horrible names I can not even bring myself to mention. She also looked inside our rooms and claimed that we never told her that we had 2 toddlers with us when we booked a room that has a kids room. Also charged a huge amount that we didn't know about when we were checking in!!! Her rooms are R950 we paid 50% in advance but we had to pAy about 2100 when we were checking in when we already paid 50% for 2rooms!!!
