After explaining our disgusting experience to Discovery Vitality, Muhammed Loonat called us and promised a thorough investigation. After a week he comes back to us with a pathetic email saying nothing can actually be done and has a whole lot of incorrect facts stated which clearly shows he did a zero investigation. Please MR Loonat if you are incapable of performing you duties, do not lead us on and make us wait for you, when you then come back to us with an email?? And this has incorrect information!!!
