I have requested via email to cancel my Vitality and Key Fit benefits on 18/06/2013 as I am unable to contact the call center due to the nature of my job. I have still not received any response.
In the mail I received, I was advised that they could not reach me. I responded and provided my cell number and requested an email response. I have received neither a call or email regarding this.
Please cancel this with immediate effect as I believe I have given ample notice to Discovery to remove these services.
