I would like to advise anyone who is considering Fedhealth as a possible medical aid to avoid this company at all costs!!
I say this because I have received nothing but bad service from them. I have experienced Fedhealth to only be a 'call centre' only... and forget about personal treatment to clients even though they are in the business of personal health care. Forget about getting through to management to assist in a more complex claims their is only a call centre. It is clear their members are only numbers! My husband and I have been with them for several years on a hospital plan and we have claimed 3 times. In these 3 times we have had nothing but stress and complications with payouts to services providers. Fedhealth say they e-mail notifications to me but I don't receive them. I have even gone as far as to investigate my e-mail domain host history records in the event I may have missed it and surprise surprise no e-mail of this nature received. This disorganization comes at a price to the consumer. They clearly are focused on profits!! I am appalled at the service I received and am definitely moving my business elsewhere. I would strongly recommend you do the same!!
