BAD BAD SERVICE, RESONSE, PASS THE BUCKET

A CPAP MACHINE was authorised in January 2013 to us, the amount of R4500-00 was ALREADY PAID OUT to EcoMed. We did not want that machine because we got a better machine, so EcoMed reversed the money paid out to them. The new Company send the documentation through and they were rejected.
I am trying from 11/06/2013 to get an answer from Momentum about the CPAP machine urgently needed for M.Marais.
This is a matter of just authorise the machine to another company!
All the nessecary documentation was send through to the "medical surgical appliance" departments.
When I phoned on 24/06 I spoke to Victoria ref: 178636450, she said that its being reviewed, she took my phone number and said she will phone me back - NOTHING
01/07 14h02: phoned again speaking to Candice ref: 179077412, she said she will phone me back - NOTHING
01/07 15h00: phoned again speaking to Ntompumulele, she let me stay on the phone for an hour no coming back to me! UNACCEPTABLE!
02/07 13h00: phoned again, they put me from one person to another, then I spoke to Nhlaka, he was trying to help me. He said he will phone back. I am waiting.
WE URGENTLY NEED THE CPAP MACHINE, IF MEMBER DIES, I WILL SUE
