Claim not paid

Good Day

On the 16.04.2013 I went to see a Urologist Dr JH Henning
And I was Charged R1213.50 and I have paid R450 cash
The medical aid paid R763.50 and the Doctor told me that
I will claim the R450 from the medical aid since they did not pay
The full amount . so I have faxed the Tax invoice details and the
Proof that I have paid but still nothing has been done I phoned several
Times but all the consultant gave me different stories here are the
Reference numbers: MH51757366, MH52083076, Mh52150793
MH51116455, MH51154725 and the is a lady who phoned me
on 21.06.2013 she want to find out if everything is fine since I have phoned GEMS
several times and I told her No everything is not OK and she promised to phone
me on Monday (24.06.2013) but no one phoned so iam not happy about the service
that I have received from GEMS
