RIPPING OFF UNSUSPECTING CLIENTS

DISCOVERY DOES NOT HAVE THE CAPABILITY OF VERIFYING THE INFORMATION GIVEN BY THE POTENTIAL MEMBER ON THE APPLICATION FORM IF ITS CORRECT OR NOT SO THAT CORRECTIVE MEASURES BE MADE IMMEDIATELY. INSTEAD, DISCOVERY CAPITALISES ON WRONG INFORMATION GIVEN OR MISTAKES MADE BY POTENTIAL MEMBERS SO THAT THEY CAN RIP THEM OFF AS PER THEIR REGULATION 13 (2) AND ACT 131. I WAS ON MEDICAL AID SINCE I STARTED WORKING IN 1987 AND NEVER HAD A BREAK IN BETWEEN YEARS UNTIL I JOINED DISCOVERY IN SEPT 2009, BUT WAS CHARGED LJP UNTIL APRIL 2013
