I have been querying a shortpayment on an account since 19/3/13. I spoke to Ashley on 19/3/13 who referred the qry to the TL who conf the account was processed incorrectly & was sending it for reprocessing, Spoke to Xolisi on 7/5/13, Jean - 24/5/13, Xolisi - 25/5/13 and on this day he told me seniors do not work on a Saturday and refused to transfer me I had to call back and ask to speak to senior. I got Eugene Moabelo who promised to investigate & call me back. I ended up calling him back on 27/5/13 - he had no answer & called him again on 28/5/13 he then sent me an email confirmimg the problem will escalated and the account will be reprocessed & he contacted the dr's & conf the acc would be reprocessed. Nothing happened. Spoke to Xolisi- 28/5/13, Sibusiso - 28/5/13, Alfred -19/6/13, Pshilidzi - 19/6/13 and today to Tshilidzo who once again like Pshilidzi wanted to escalate to the their supervisor again to request reprocessing and in the same breath says the account was reprocessed on 5/6/2013. My dr is going to hand me over and who will pay the legal fees? Staff promise to call back and just does not happen.
