I sent through a claim for aREFUND which was rejected because the ICD-10 was not visible on the copy i sent them, i fail to understand as to why CAMAf with the contact details of the doctor cannot call the doctor to confirm the number, instead they rejected the claim, with no one calling to advise me regarding that, i had to call in to check how far they are with the query, i was told to resend a clear copy which i did and till today CAMAF has not acknowleged that, i have to call them again to be told that it has been picked up, i logged in on their website to check how far they are with the claim, there;s nothing there.
DO I WAIT TILL END OF JUNE WHEN I GET THE STATEMENT THAT YOU GUYS HAVE REJECTED THE CLAIM AGAIN, PLEASE ADVISE, below is the claim no" 12599813
