NO EASY PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS FOR CUSTOMERS WHO ARE WILLING TO PAY

I called this morning to change my account from 6mths to 12mths, i am told that i need to make 3 months consecutive payments before they can do so. at this point in time i am being called to make a payment that i cant afford, and i am wanting to pay my accounts without having to deal with agents who constantly nag you. its strange how some suppliers are able to assist so that you are able to make the necessary payments, but Edgars would not even consider??? the agent i dealt with was Luleka
