Towards the end of April-early May, my partner and I spent a week in the Kruger Park. The last night we stayed at Letaba camp and rose early the next morning in order to drive back to Johannesburg. On our arrival at home, I realised that I had left my Kindle ereader next to the bed in Letaba.
My partner insisted on calling the camp reception to see if housekeeping had found it. Some time later, Vongani Hlungwani called to say that the reader had indeed been found and that they would arrange for it to be sent back to me via Postnet in Phalaborwa.
Accordingly, I was delighted to receive a call from a lady working at Postnet in Phalaborwa was to say that they would courier the parcel to me.
Thanks to all involved, namely the people in Letaba housekeeping, Vongani Hlungwani and the Postnet staff in Phalaborwa, I now have my Kindle back. I am most grateful to all of these people for their kindness and dedication. They are a credit to their organisations
