Allow me to take this opportunity to thank Nurse Xozwa, Benjamin Deyzel (Monica and Charmaine of Compass group) for assisting me with the complaint I had. It was delt with professionally by all parties and my views were easily understood and a solution was satisfactory. Next time I have a complain of such nature, I will make sure that we sort it internally than to write to Head Office first. I really appreciate the manner in which all the above handled my query.
