On 20.05.2013 I send a claim to Discovery to the amount of 2200 rand for a Procedure for my wife.
I then received a e-mail from Discovery stating that they cannot pay for this claim because 3 Years ago They made a mistake and paid me out 800 R for a claim from Ampath while a was in a Selfpayment Gap.
So it took 3 Years and a audit to pick up this Shortage on my Acount???
I was told there was nothing else we can do about this matter and I have to pay this shortage now
