It is so ironic that when you book into this so called world class hotel, you are given a room card that says
"The use of this product can cause a state of extreme relaxation, satisfaction and the desire to return."
What a joke! That was so far from my experience. I was part of a wedding party and had made a booking with the concierge to be collected from the airport at 09:20. I had emailed my plane ticket a month beforehand, and had phoned Twice in the preceding week to confirm.
After arriving at the airport, I called the hotel as there was no driver to collect me. I was told that there was a mistake and that the driver would be there in ten minutes. I got this same excuse every time I called for the next TWO HOURS of sitting around at the info desk which is where I was asked to wait by the concierge.
When I checked out, I filled out my form and stated my complaint. A month later, NOBODY has contacted me to apologise or offer anything to make up for the disgraceful service. Which makes me wonder, does anyone even read those forms??
