? We checked in on Sunday night - Room was standard - Very similar to that of City Lodge Monte - during check-in already we felt like second class citizens because we were not one of the many "foreign business" people there. We ordered food from the bar as the restaurant was already closed - What a mistake - Lamb Curry Bunny - Very bad - No taste, didn't look like curry - very dry - just an FYI no one serves a bunny on brown bread - the bread was stale and hard - and just by the way you are serving local indians! You have disgraced a real national treasure. People from all over the world come to this so called "5 star hotel" and the food... Aweful to say the least. This is not expected from a " 5 star hotel"
? Breakfast was good - You could improve a little on service
? The Shuttle driver - The driver was rude and had an attitude. He was not very helpful when we asked questions about the gautrain - You are local and should know this (operating times) or you should have a schedule in your shuttle. The driver talking on his cell phone while driving??? I sat there thinking that he doesn't really enjoy his job. He drove that shuttle so hard and stretched every
