Very disappointed with service received

After a very disappointing experience at Femmina Beauty Centre I felt compelled to submit this complaint. My suspicions with this place began when I saw them on Groupon advertising a VERY cheap deal. I figured I would give them them the benefit of the doubt and phone them. They told me to ignore the groupon and bypass the system but I will receive the same price as the groupon special. I reluctantly obliged as it made no real difference to me and arrived 15 minutes prior to my scheduled treatment. We waited a full HOUR from that time to be treated! Meanwhile staff members are sitting playing games on their cellphones while they could have attended to us. No adequate apology was given and we were just told to wait. This is unacceptable to treat your clients this way. Our "full VIP" spa day was promised to take 4 hours but it was rushed through and my entire treatment took 2 hours! In the process you have badly damaged my wife's nails and she has been in pain since! You did not make us feel welcome, you did not make us feel special, the food you gave us after the treatments was horrible! I will never return to this beauty centre ever again. I demand a refund for this!
