I have a zero balance with Lancet labs, as confirmed by an email conversation and account. This is after you failed to bill my medical aid leaving me with the responsibility for a claim due to your utter ineptitude.
I now receive a lawyer's letter in respect of an account that I have never received, for an extra amount that I do not recall incurring.
Can you people not manage to send an account before calling a lawyer? What type of pathetic service do you run?
