Proof of payment

I am unhappy about the outcome, the doctors have handed me over after i had made payment into their account in January into their STD Bank account : 200848046 at the Boksburg Branch the amount of R 275.90 on Ref no. : XB039138.

I recieved an SMS yesterday to make the above mentioned payment using ref: 10099 0004 5182 4

Can this matter be sorted and also get clearance. I will appreciate if I can any communication regarding all this missunderstanding.
