Recently I complained on hellopeter about Liberty Health not paying several accounts relating to my mums renal dialysis. Literally within minutes, I received a call from Jodi who was most helpful She called back whenever she promised, and eventually cleared all my mums unpaid bills totalling about R25000. She called the Dr's rooms and the hospital to sort put ICD codes and statements etc, and I did not have to even use my phone or time. I a really thankful as this relieved lots of stress.
