My Dog was Incorrectly Diagnosed with Heart Failure, I saw three vets in one practise, with Multiple Visits and various tests costing thousands, only upon a second opinion ((new practise) was I informed straight away that the dogs heart and lungs are perfect, they indicated that it was clear from the test that the dog was healthy and only required losing some weight. the weight has been lost and the dog is perfect. Please understand that apart from paying thousands and going through mental Trauma (being told your dog has between three months and two years to live) I also hold the vet responsible for the potential trauma they could have caused the animal if I had not gotten a 2nd opinion and continued with the pills (deuretics) which could have caused liver failure or something similar over long term use. I did not go back to the vet after 2nd opinion as I was discusted that not one but three vets, not one test but multiple tests leave me speechless.
