I ordered on line nuetrim on the Sunday, first thing Monday morning I phoned and spoke to Mike and said that I did not want the order of five or more just the one. He then assured me that he had changed the order and would reverse the money paid. That was the 23rd March, I phoned again and was given a tracking number and the company to follow the order online. It showed that it arrived in South Africa from America but when following up in SA - no such order. So who is responsible for non delivery and why has the overcharge amount not been reversed?
