Time Square has the most rude, unprofessional staff I have ever came across in the gaming and entertainment industry. Black people are undermined and treated like rubbish while, Chinese and whites are treated like kings and queens. I have been accused of soliciting money from a guest and banned last year in May. After a lengthy fight with the GM, committee and surveillance, they apologized after saying they have captured me on CCTV following the client to the car. Now I have been victimized and this year they claimed first I borrowed someone my loyalty card to play with and when I proved them wrong they came up with more allegations and charges me with fraud. The fraud they referring to is that I was to play a machine with friends and asked one to press or play since he had my money I withdraw on him. I contacted the CEO and have not had a response. I have no trust or faith in Time Square management, they have proven to me before that they're liars and unreliable. Many people have been banned for no reason, just because one or two managers don't like them.
