I bought a product from Takealot (Lifestyle velvet Jumbo Rectangle Ottoman) which came faulty /defective and i tried contacting them to report the matter they referred me to the manufacturer of which i don't have their contact and i tried addressing the issue with Takealot to at least provide me with the contact to contact the manufacturer since it's still under warranty of 6 months and it will lapse without any help or assistance please assist
