NO ANSWER TO PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS AND NON DELIVERY OF INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE

MY TRACAKING NUMBER IS EK017747945DE, A PACAKAGE FROM GERMANY, EQUIPMENT FOR BYCYCLE.
I have phoned several times without any response, it is the same old message that they are busy and then we need to go to the website etc, etc. I did all of that I tracked my package and it says they tried to deliver 9 Sept but we were not at home/??? this is a lie!! We are always at home. They said they will try the next business day. It is now 15 Sept and NO response. I need my package delivered. Nobody can help me to direct me to the post office. I have phoned individual post offices and they say it is not on the system?

I think the service is non existent and the people are not working as they do never answer calls or emails
PLEASE ADVISE NEXT STEPS
