Bad Quality and even worse customer service

Hi guys,
before you purchase from TEDS HOME STORE please do your research and read reviews.

I purchased a leather recliner from them in November 2017 when we went in store the guy convinced us about this "air" leather and how durable it was and even went on to demonstrate with a knife that it wouldnt get cut.
we purchased the recliner which was just over 20k.
in 2019 we saw the recliner peeling and contacted TEDS HOME STORE and they sent out a guy to come and check it and said that firstly its out of warranty and we probably used chemicals to wipe the lounge.
we do not have kids or animals plus we never used a chemical to clean the leather.
they refused to listen to us and sent us a lawyer letter saying we knew about the warranty and case closed!
how can you pay so much of money for something and it starts peeling within two years.
we later when on to find that there are many people experiencing the same problem as we did.

so please go on read the reviews and websites such as this and Hello Peter and save yourself the trouble we are in currently.
I now need to spend another 10k to get the recovered again, it looks so bad that i am embarrassed when i have guests over.
