Bought a swiss roll on my way home my daughter was holding the package and as she turned it over i noticed something strange the swiss roll was full of maggots i have a video i went back to the store emmediately and was refunded my money which on principal is correct, i am concerned that there was no apology not a manager has contacted me. i asked for a contact no to make a formal compalint and was told by the cashier, they are not allowed to giver the area managers no to customers. i did leave my contact details to date no response.
