No words, I ordered from a Jamie Lee a Wed special, she did not even listen properly and had no clue what she was doing. She asked my name and said she will check if my order is out allreade and I did not even placed an order yet, then after placing the order I still got the feeling that she don't have a clue what's going on around her. After two more calls I spoke to a Monique who said my order will be delivered soon and that Jamie Lee did not write down the order at all. Well, it's now 20 past 9 and I've placed the order at. Still waiting... Poor delivery guy arrived now and appollogised and said his sorry he did not know about the order which I totally believe. Please see that your call center staff gets proper training!!!
