Complainant went on 31/10/16 to withdraw his grant of R1 500 - 00 but on arrival at the ABSA ATM he could only withdraw R140 - 00 and saldo left were R9 - 64. According to him he doesn't have any knowledge and have also ask some businesses and they said that no one had taken any money. Therefore he call NET1 Call Centre and they informs him to call back on 10/11/16.
