I was given an order by a local school to supply 700 donuts. I ordered these frozen donuts from deeghuys on the 22/23 of February 2016 and was told the truck would be coming up from the Cape on Thursday with my delivery, needless to say, and I was actualy expecting this, with the way nobody seems to care about service now days. My donuts did not arrive only 4 pkts arrived out of the 12 which I had ordered as I had previously purchased the others. I had to then to go out to the local bakeries and order 340 donuts at a cost of R3.65 a donut which I had to pay in an extra R561.00 out of my pocket just to fill this order for the school so as not to let them down with their fund raising effort. i will never buy from Deeghuys again and I will make sure I pass the word around, in a small town it does spread fast. So I must say thank you for the excellent service I recieved. I will take my loss and know better next time not to trust on the service which is promised.
