After many promises, and shocking service when you lose your temper and post a complaint on facebook, it is deleted, they also block you as a user, what are they hiding?? It doesn't help to show only the positive comments. They then call you to say you are hostile and will no longer do your installation and you must go back to Makro and get a refund. Management hide behind their call centre and do not have the guts to face their unhappy customers head on. Hopefully Makro will be more supportive in terms of sorting out this problem. We have paid R920 for an installation which we have being trying to book since Thursday 25th of April. Judging by the number of complaints on this platform it is clear that I am not the only person having this problem. This is disgusting service in fact one can't even call it service as at is non-existent.
